Abstract: NSPS REQUIRES OWNERS/OPERATORS OF GLASS MANUFACTURING PLANTS TO NOTIFY EPA OF CONSTRUCTION/RECONSTRUCTION AND STARTUP DATES. RESPONDENTS MUST ALSO SUBMIT REPORTS OF EXCESS EMISSIONS AND INTIAL PERFORMANCE TESTS T SHOW THAT THEY ARE USING THE BEST DEMONSTRATED TECHNOLOGY TO CONTROL EMISSIONS TO COMPLY WITH THE STANDARS.
