Abstract: USC 38, MANDATE THAT ELIGIBLE BENEFICIARIES BE PROVIDED ADAPTIVE EQUIPMENT DEEMED NECESSARY TO INSURE THAT THE ELIGIBLE PERSON WILL BE ABLE TO OPERATE THE AUTOMOBILE IN A MANNER CONSISTENT WITH HIS OWN SAFETY AND THE SAFETY OF OTHERS. TOGETHER WITH THE REPAIR, REPLACEMENT OR REINSTALLATION OF SAID EQUIPMENT.
