Abstract: THE ACCIDENT. AUTHORITY IS 38 U.S.C. 105, 310, 331 AND 521(A). BASED ON DISABILITY WHICH IS THE RESULT OF AN ACCIDENT. THE INFORMATION FURNISHED BY THE VETERAN WILL BE USED AS A SOURCE TO GATHER INFORMATION FROM OTHER SOURCES WHICH MIGHT HAVE INFORMATION REGARDING THE ACCIDENT AND TO AFFORD THE VETERAN THE OPPORTUNITY TO PROVIDE INFORMATION FROM HIS OWN KNOWLEDGE REGARDING THE ACCIDENT. AUTHORITY IS 38 U.S.C 310, 331 AND 521(A).
