A SHAREHOLDER OF A CORPORATION WHICH IS A DISC MUST FILE A STATEMENT ON ITS 1985 TAX RETURN WITH RESPECT TO PAYMENT IN INSTALLMENTS OF THE DISC'S DEEMED DISTRIBUTION FOR 1984. AN EXPORT TRADE CORPORATION MUST FILE A STATEMENT WITH 1984 TAX RETURN INDICATING THAT IT HAS DISCONTINUED STATUS AS AN EXPORT TRADE CORPORATION.
