Abstract: THE PURPOSE OF THE DATA COLLECTION PACKAGE IS TO GATHER, FROM CONTRACTORS DOING SUBSTANTIAL AMOUNTS OF DOD WORK, FINANCIAL DATA NEED TO PERFORM AN ANALYTICAL EVALUATION OF DOD POLICIES AFFECTING PRICING, PROFIT AND FINANCING. THIS STUDY WILL RESULT IN PROMULGATION OF DIRECTIVES THAT WILL IMPROVE DOD CONTRACTING POLICY.
