Abstract: THE NOTICE IS A MEANS BY WHICHREGISTERED TRANSFER AGENTS WHO QUALIFY MAY CLAIM AND GAIN EXEMPTION FORM CERTAIN OF THE PERFORMANCE AND RECORDKEEPING RULES OF THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION (12 CFR 240. 17AD-1 THROUGH 7). EXEMPTION IS OBTAINED BY THE FILING OF A PROPER NOTICE, AS DESCRIBED IN RULE 17AD-4(B), WITH TRANSFER AGENT'S STATUTORY "APPROPRIATE REGULATORY AUTHORITY."
