Abstract: AGENCY'S MISSION IS TO INSURE PUBLICE RECEIVES SAFE AND EFFECTIVE ANTIBIOTIC DRUG PRODUCTS WHICH ARE USED TO TREAT LIFE-THREATENING CONDITIONS. INFORMATION REQUESTED FROM DRUG MANUFACTURERS ENABLES AGENCY TO EVALUATE SAFETY, EFFICIENCY AND QUALITY OF PRODUCTS PRIOR TO APPROVAL FOR MARKETING.
