Abstract: THIS REGULATION WILL ALLOW VESSELS OTHER THAN THOSE FINANCED UNDER THE FISHERIES OBLIGATION GUARANTEE PROGRAM TO RECEIVE FISHERIES LOAN FUND MONEY. EXTENSION IS NECESSARY TO RECEIVE PREVIOUSLY PLANNED NUMBER OF RESPONDENTS TO MEET CONGRESSIONALLY MANDATES GOALS.
