Abstract: THIS SURVEY IS THE ONLY SOURCE OF COMPREHENSIVE DATA ON SHIPMENTS TO FEDERAL AGENCIES, WITH PRIME AND SUBCONTRACT INFORMATION. AMONG THE DATA USERS ARE THE BUREAU OF ECONOMIC ANALYSIS FOR THE NATIONAL INCOME ACCOUNTS AND INPUT-OUTPUT STUDIES AND THE DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE TO IDENTIFY AREAS OF UNUSUAL DEFENSE DEPENDENCY.
