Abstract: ATF F 2035 IS COMPLETED BY BREWERS WHO TRANSFER BEER BETWEEN BREWERIES OF THEIR OWN OWNERSHIP. ATF REGIONAL OFFICE SPECIALISTS USE THE FORM TO INSURE THAT THE AMOUNTS OF BEER RECEIVED ARE THE SAME AS THE AMOUNT OF BEER SHIPPED. ONCE THIS HAS BEEN DETERMINED, THE BREWER IS RELIEVE OF THE TAX LIABILITY ON THE BEE SHIPPED. DISCREPANCIES ARE INVESTIGAT BY FIELD PERSONNEL AND IF DIVERSION IS SUSPECTED, THE TAX IS COLLECTED
