Abstract: NOAA'S MOST RECENT SF-83 FOR THIS COLLECTION ADDED A FORM TO THIS COLLECTION (AND REMOVED ANOTHER). THE OMB NOTICE LISTS ONLY ONE OF THE FORMS, AND AS THE OMISSION IS NOT REFLECTED IN AN HOUR CHANGE, WE THINK THIS WAS AN ERROR. THE NOTICE ALSO APPROVED422 HOURS INSTEAD OF THE REQUESTED 442. SINCE NO COMMENTS APPEARED, WE THINK THIS WAS ALSO AN ERROR.
