Abstract: ATF F 5100.11 IS SUBMITTED BY EXPORTERS OF SPIRITS, DENATURED SPIRITS AND WINES WHO REMOVE THESE COMMODITIES FROM INTERNAL REVENUE BONDED PREMISES WITHOUT PAYMENT OF TAX. THE EXPORTATION OF THE ITEMS THAT TH EXPORTER HAS LISTED ON THE FRONT OF THE FORM IS CERTIFIED BY A U.S. CUSTOMS OR ARMED FORCES OFFICER. THIS PROCEDURE IS USED TO PROTECT THE POTENTIAL TAX LIABILITY ON SPIRITS AND WINES REMOVED WITHOUT PAYME OF TAX FOR EXPORTATION.
