Terms of Clearance: THE INFORMATION COLLECTION REQUEST-- 24 CFR 3282.554(B), COMPLAINT INDEX FORM, IS APPROVED WITH THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS: IT IS SUGGESTED THAT HUD MODIFY 24 CFR 3282.554(B) TO INDICATE THAT TH STATE ADMINISTRATIVE AGENCIES SHOULD MAINTAIN AND REPORT COMPLAINT IND DATA IN A MANNER AND ON A FORM PRESCRIBED BY THE SECRETARY. THE LEVEL DETAIL SPECIFIED BY SECTION 3282.554(B) IS NOT NECESSARY BECAUSE THE PRESCRIBED FORM WILL DELINERATE THE DATA REQUIREMENTS IN SUFFICIENT DETAIL. IN ADDITION, HUD IS REMINDED THAT THE REPORTING REQUIREMENTS O SECTION 3282.554(A) ARE NOT APPROVED BY THIS NOTICE OF ACTION AND MUST BE SUBMITTED FOR APPROVAL NO LATER THAN THE DATE OF PUBLICATION OF THE PROPOSED RULE.
