Abstract: EPA WILL SURVEY PROVIDERS AND USERS OF NEW SOURCE PERFORMANCE STANDARD (NSPS) REPORTS AND THE RECORDS MAINTAINED BY ONE CATEGORY OF EMISSION SOURCE (SULFURIC ACID PLANTS). THE AGENCY WILL USE THE INFORMATION TO ASSESS THE PRACTICAL UTILITY OF THE DATA COLLECTION COMPONENT OF THE NSPS PROGRAM.
