Abstract: THE INTERSTATE LAND SALES FULL DISCLOSURE ACT REQUIRES DEVELOPERS OF OKF CERTAIN TYPES OF SUBDIVISIONS TO REGISTER WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT OR TAKE THE STEPS NECESSARY TO COMPLY WITH THE LAW PRIOR TO COMMENCING SALES. DISCLOSURE REQUIRES DEVELOPER TO DEFINE THEIR PLANS FOR SUCH SUBDIVISIONS AND PURCHASERS ARE PROVIDE WITH DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION ON REGISTERED SUBDIVISIONS.
