Abstract: RECIPIENTS OF AID FROM THE CAMPUS-BASED AND GSL PROGRAMS UNDER TITLE I OF THE HIGHER EDUCATION ACT, AND THEIR PARENTS, WILL BE ASKED TO VERIF PERSONAL FINANCIAL INFORMATION SUBMITTED TO RECEIVE FINANCIAL AID. INSTITUTIONS ADMINISTERING THESE PROGRAMS WILL BE INTERVIEWED ABOUT ADMINISTERING PRACTICES. THE DATA WILL BE USED TO ASSESS COMPLIANCE WITH PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS AND EFFICIENCY OF USE OF PUBLIC FUNDS.
