Abstract: IN ORDER TO CONTROL THE AMOUNT OF ALCOHOL WHICH PERMITTEES RECEIVE AND USE, THEY APPLY FOR AND RECEIVE WITHDRAWAL PERMITS. THESE PERMITS LIMIT THE AMOUNT OF ALCOHOL THEY CAN RECEIVE AND HELP ENSURE THAT THEY DO NOT RECEIVE MORE THAN THEIR BOND COVERS.
