Abstract: SECTION 74.1281 REQUIRES THAT LICENSEES OF FM TRANSLATOR AND BOOSTER STATIONS MAINTAIN A STATION LOG WITH ENTRIES RECORDING WIDE VARIETY OF OBSERVATIONS, REPAIRS AND OPERATING TIMES AND DATES. THESE RECORDS ASSURE THE COMMISSION THAT GOOD ENGINEERING PRACTICES ARE BEING APPLIE AND THE PUBLIC INTEREST IS BEING SERVED.
