Abstract: THE CENSUS BUREAU NEEDS THE F-10 IN ORDER TO SURVEY THE RECEIPTS, PAYMENTS AND ASSET BALANCES OF MAJOR PUBLIC EMPLOYEE RETIREMENT SYSTEM WE USE THIS FORM AS THE BASIS FOR A QUARTERLY REPORT THAT IS USED BY GROUPS SUCH AS THE COUNCIL OF ECONOMIC ADVISERS AND THE FEDERAL RESERV SYSTEM TO ANALYZE FACTORS AFFECTING THE SECURITIES MARKET.
