Abstract: SEC. 74.603 (A) REQUIRES TV AUXILIARY BROADCAST STATION NOTIFY THE COMMISSION OF INSTALLATION OF MULTIPLEXING EQUIPMENT ON LICENSED EQUIPMENT. THE NOTIFICATION IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH SEC. 1.65 OF FCC RULES AND ASSURES THE COMMISSION THAT GOOD ENGINEERING PRACTICES ARE BEING APPLIED AND THAT THE PUBLIC INTERES IS BEING SERVED.
