Abstract: THE INFORMATION COLLECTION IS NEEDED TO ASCERTAIN WHETHER THE COURSE BEING PROPOSED MEETS THE REQUIREMENTS SET FORTH IN THE COTTON DUST STANDARD TO TRAIN PULMONARY TECHNICIANS. THE INFORMATION RECEIVED WIL BE REVIEWED BY AN INTERNAL COMMITTEE TO DETERMINE COMPLIANCE WITH THE CRITERIA. THOSE WHO INITIATE AND DEVELOP PROPOSED COURSES INCLUDE PRIMARILY SMALL PRIVATE CONSULTATION GROUPS, UNIVERSITIES AND HOSPITALS.
