Abstract: SECTION 106 OF THE HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 1968 AUTHORIZE HUD TO APPROVE ORGANIZATIONS WITH SPECIAL COMPETENCE IN COUNSELING LOW-INCOME FAMILIES TO PROVIDE COUNSELING ON HOUSING CONCERNS. THE FORMS ALL BASIC TO THE IMPLEMENTATION AND MONITORING OF THE PROGRAM.
