TO OBTA A PERMIT, INFORMATION ON THE PURPOSE AND EXTENT OF THE PROPOSED ACTIVITIES IS REQUIRED. THIS INFORMATION IS USED TO DETERMINE WHETHER THE PROPOSED ACTIVITY IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH LONG-TERM SANCTUARY MANAGEMENT GOALS.
