Abstract: AUTHORITY FOR THESE FORMS PURSUANT TO U.S. HOUSING ACT OF 1937 AS AMENDED (PL 93-383, 88 STAT 633). THESE FORMS ARE REQUIRED SUBMISSIONS OF CONTRACTORS IN CONNECTION WITH THE CONSTRUCTION OF LOW-INCOME PUBLIC HOUSING PROJECTS. FURTHER REINSTATEMENT OF THE PUBLIC HOUSING PROGRAM IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE FY 77 APPROPRIATIONS ACT NECESSITATED CONTINUED USE OF THESE FORMS.
