Abstract: TO DETERMINE POLLUTION CONTROL COSTS, EPA WILL GATHER EMISSION AND GENERAL PLANT DATA FROM SELECTED SYNTHETIC ORGANIC CHEMICAL MANUFACTURERS. THIS INFORMATION WILL HELP EPA ASSESS THE ECONOMIC BURDEN ASSOCIATED WITH A POTENTIAL NEW SOURCE PERFORMANCE STANDARD (NSPS) REGULATING EMISSIONS FROM CHEMICAL REACTORS.
