Abstract: USED BY WINERIES TO PAY THE EXCISE TAXES ATTACHED TO WINE. THE SCHEDULES ON THE RETURN PROVIDE FOR THE VARIOUS TAX CLASSES OF WINES AND ADJUSTMENTS TO THE TAX DUE. IT IS FILED BI-MONTHLY AND COVERS THE WINE REMOVED FROM THE WINERY DURING A 2-WEEK PERIOD. IT IS A DEFERRED PAYMENT RETURN.
