Abstract: THE INFORMATION COLLECTION PHASE OF THIS CENSUS WAS CONDUCTED IN FY 1983. SOME BURDEN HOURS ARE BEING RETAINED IN THE EVENT FOLLOWUPS ARE NEEDED FOR SOME RESPONDENTS. GENERAL PUBLIC. THEY FURNISH A IMPORTANT PART OF THE FRAMEWORK FOR TH NATIONAL ACCOUNTS AND SERVE AS BENCHMARKS FOR KEY ECONOMIC INDICATORS.
