Abstract: REPORT COLLECTS SUBJECTIVE INFORMATION FROM A SAMPLE OF LARGE MEMBER BANKS ON RECENT CHANGES IN BANK LENDING POLICIES WITH RESPECT TO COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL LOANS. THIS INFORMATION SUPPLEMENTS STATISTICAL INFORMATION COLLECTED ON THE FR 2039 AND FR 2028A-B REPORTS AND IS USED IN ANALYZING BUSINESS LOAN DEVELOPMENTS AND BANK RESPONSES TO MONETARY POLICY.
