Abstract: THE SESA ACCOUNTING SYSTEM IS USED TO ACCOUNT FOR FUNDS PROVIDED TO SESAS BY ETA TO OPERATE EMPLOYMENT, UNEMPLOYMENT, AND TRAINING PROGRAMS. DATA ARE USED IN: APPROPRIATION ACCOUNTING, BUDGET FORMULATION AND EXECUTION, AND FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT MONITORING AND EVALUATION.
