Abstract: DETERMINES & EVALUATES KNOWLEDGE OF & ATTITUDES & MOTIVATIONS TOWARD MILITARY SERVICE (BOTH ACTIVE & RESERVE/GUARD DUTY) OF RECENT VETERANS OF THE ACTIVE FORCES. GENERATES CROSS-SECTIONAL TIME SERIES DATA ON PROPENSITY TO SERVE & ON OTHER KEY ISSUES FOR TREND ANALYSES. USED BY DOD & SERVICES TO DEVELOP RECRUITING STRATEGIES & INCENTIVE PROGRAMS INCLUDING DIFFERENT BONUS LEVELS, VARIOUS TYPES OF EDUCATIONA ASSISTANCE, AND OTHER ENLISTMENT OPTIONS.
