Abstract: THE INFORMATION WILL SERVE AS A RECORD OF THEFTS/LOSSES OF AA&E IN THE CUSTODY OR POSSESSION OF DOD CONTRACTORS. INFORMATION WILL PROVIDE A BASIS FOR DETERMINING/IDENTIFYING TRENDS AND MAGNITUDE OF AA&E LOSSE IT WILL ALSO ASSIST IN EVALUATING ADEQUACY OF CONRACTOR'S PHYSICAL SAFEGUARDS AND IN PRESCRIBING CORRECTIVE ACTION WHERE APPROPRIATE.
