Abstract: THIS SURVEY IS NECESSARY FOR DETERMINING THE DURABILITY AND QUALITY OF LIVING PROVIDED BY MANUFACTURED HOUSING, AS MEASURED BY CONSUMER REPORTED PROBLEMS, EXPERIENCES AND ATTITUDES. RESULTING DATA WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE EVALUATION OF THE CURRENT FEDERAL MANUFACTURING STANDARDS AND ENFORCEMENT PROCEDURES.
