Abstract: SOURCE MUST MONITOR EITHER MASS OR VOLUME OF SLUDGE CHARGED TO INCINERATOR AND MAINTAIN AND OPERATE A WEIGHIN DEVICE FOR DETERMINING MASS OF SOLID WASTE. THIS IS USED TO DETERMINE IF CONDITIONS HAVE VARIED SINCE PERFORMANCE TEST WAS CONDUCTED. SOURCE WOULD PROBABLY WANT THIS DATA INDEPENDENT OF EPA REQUIREMENTS.
