NOT LATER THAN OCTOBER 1, 1983 HUD WILL ROVIDE OMB WITH THE FOLLOWING: 1) A DETAILED ESTIMATE OF BURDEN AND A FORMAL SUPPORTING STATEMENT THA INDICATES EACH INFORMATION COLECTION REQUIREMENT CONTAINED IN THE HANDBOOK. 2) A DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF HUD'S PROCESS FOR REVIEWING AND APPROVING THE USE OF THE HANDBOOK INFORMATION COLLECTION REQUIREMENTS, INCLUDING WRITTEN PROCEDURES, CRITERIA FOR REVIEW, DELEGATION AND LINES OF AUTHORITY.
