Abstract: THIS REPORT IS AUTHORIZED BY SECTION 5(A) OF THE HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 1974 (P.L. 93-383, 88 STAT. 633). THE TIMELY SUBMISSION OF THIS REPORT BY THE PUBLIC HOUSING AGENCY (PHA) IS THE ONLY MEANS BY WHICH HUD CAN QUICKLY IDENTIFY PROBLEMS DURING PROJECT CONSTRUCTION, SO THAT CORRECTIVE ACTIONS CAN BE TAKEN.
