Abstract: RECIPIENTS OF TARGETED ASSISTANCE GRANTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE TWO SEMIANNUAL REPORTS, THE SECOND OF WHICH WILL CONSTITUTE THE FINAL AWARD OF THE GRANT. EACH SEMIANNUAL REPORT SHALL PROVIDE FINANCIAL INFORMATION ON STANDARD FORM 269 AND PROGRAM PERFORMANCE REPORTING AS SPECIFIED IN 45 CFR PART 74.
