Abstract: 30 CFR 601 PROVIDES INFORMATION TO THE PUBLIC ON THE TYPE AND COST OF HELIUM AND HELIUM-RELATED SERVICES AVAILABLE FROM DIVISION OF HELIUM OPERATIONS, AND HOW TO OBTAIN THEM. THE APPLICATION FORM IS NECESSARY TO GATHER ESSENTIAL DATA REGARDING CONTRACT APPLICANT, SO THAT A CONTRACT CAN BE COMPLETED PURSUANT TO 30 CFR 601.
