DESCRIBES QUANTITY OF WINE SPIRITS USED, TYPE OF WINE THAT WINE SPIRITS ARE TO BE ADDED TO, BONDED WINE CELLAR, ALCOHOL CONTENT AND QUANTITY OF THE MIXED WINE AND WINE SPIRITS. USED BY ATF TO AUDIT OPERATIONS FOR REVENUE AND CONSUMER PROTECTION PURPOSES.
