Abstract: THE INFORMATION COLLECTED WITH BE USED TO IDENTIFY THE MEMBER FROM WHOSE PAY WILL BE REDUCED TO PROVIDE THE INVOLUNTARY SUPPORT ALLOTMENT AND TO ESTABLISH PAYMENTS. THE REGULATIONS IMPLEMENT THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 172 OF PUBLIC LAW 97-248 FOR THE MILITARY SERVICES. DUE TO THE MINIMAL INFORMATION COLLECTION REQUIREMENTS, STANDARD FORMS WILL NOT BE PRESCRIBED IN ORDER TO PROVIDE RESPONDENTS WITH MAXIMUM FLEXIBILITY.
