Abstract: THE NORESPONDENT SAMPLE SURVEY WILL BE USED TO PROVIDE STATE ESTIMATES OF THE NUMBER OF FARMS INCLUDED IN THE MAIL LIST NONREPONSE UNIVERSE F THE 1982 CENSUS OF AGRICULTURE. THE ESTIMATES WILL BE USED IN THE NONRESPONDENT ADJUSTMENT PROCEDURE TO ADJUST STATE AND COUNTY STATISTI TO REPRESENT THE NONRESPONDENT FARMS.
