Abstract: SECTION 4083, 4091, AND 4093 PROVIDE EXEMPTIONS FROM THE MANUFACTURERS EXCISE TAX IN THE CASE OF GASOLINE SOLD BY A PRODUCER TO ANOTHER PRODUCER, CUTTING OIL, AND LUBRICATING OIL SOLD BY A MANUFACTURER OF LUBRICATING OIL TO ANOTHER MANUFACTURER OF LUBRICATING OIL, RESPECTIVELY. THE PROPOSED REGULATIONS IMPLEMENT SECTION 4083, 4091, AND 4093.
