Abstract: THIS CONTRACT IS DESIGNED TO VALIDATE THE TEST PERFORMANCE OF INDIVIDUALS WHO TAKE THE ARMED SERVICES VOCATIONAL APTITUDE BATTERY BY COMPARING THAT PERFORMANCE ON THE TESET TO THEIR WORK PERFORMANCE. THIS VALIDATION IS NECESSARY IN ORDER TO PROVIDE PERTINENT JOB VALIDIT INFORMATION TO HIGH SCHOOL COUNSELORS WHO WILL BE COUNSELING STUDENTS GOING INTO THE WORLD OF WORK. WITHOUT THIS VALIDITY INFORMATION, THE CREDIBILITY OF THE PROGRAM WILL SUFFER GREATLY.
