Abstract: THE INFORMATION IS NEEDED TO ASCERTAIN WHETHER THE TAXPAYER SHOULD BE PERMITTED TO CHANGE TO A LINK-CAIN METHOD FOR COMPUTING THE VALUE OF ITS DOLLAR-VALUE LIFO INVENTORY POOL(S).
