Abstract: FORM IS NECESSARY FOR TOBACCO PRODUCTS MANUFACTURERS WHOSE COMMERCIAL RECORDS ARE INADEQUATE TO PROTECT THE REVENUE ON TAXABLE PRODUCTS. ON A DAILY BASIS THIS FORM DESCRIBES THE RECEIPT, MANUFACTURE, AND DISPOSITION OF CIGARETTES AND SMALL CIGARS BY A TOBACCO PRODUCTS MANUFACTURER. SERVES AS A BASIS FOR ACCOUNTING BY ATF AND THE MANUFACTURER.
