Abstract: AS A PART OF THE TAX COUNSELING FOR THE ELDERLY (TCE) PROGRAM, ALL VOLUNTEERS ARE REQUESTED TO TAKE A TEST AT THE END OF THE TRAINING SESSION TO INSURE THAT STUDENTS HAVE BEEN ADEQUATELY TRAINED. THIS IS A FAIL/PASS SYSTEM.
