Abstract: IN ORDER TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 412(A)(7) OF THE IMMIGRATION AND NATIONALITY ACT AND 45 CFR PARTS 74, 400, AND 401, STATES ADMINISTERING THE PROVISION OF SERVICES AND ASSISTANCE TO REFUGEES AND TO ENTRANTS ARE TO SUBMIT QUARTERLY REPORTS.
