Abstract: THIS PROJECT IS AN EXPERIMENTAL CENSUS EVALUATION STUDY. APPROXIMATEL 17,000 HOUSEHOLDS WILL BE TRACED UNTIL 1985 USING ONE OF FOUR TRACING STRATEGIES. APPROXIMATELY 4,250 ASSIGNED TO BE TRACED THROUGH PERSONA CONTACT WILL BE CONTACTED AND INTERVIEWED USING THE REGIONAL OFFICE TRACE, FORM D-8106.
