Abstract: AS PART OF A COMPLIANCE EXAMINATION AN OFFICER OF THE STATE MEMBER BAN IS ASKED TO COMPLETE THIS QUESTIONNAIRE REGARDING THE BANK'S EFFORTS T SERVE THE CREDIT NEEDS OF ITS LOCAL COMMUNITY.
