Abstract: PERMIT CONTAINS A RENEWAL APPLICATION BY WHICH THE EXPLOSIVES PERMITTE APPLIES FOR THEIR NEW ANNUAL PERMIT. BECAUSE OF THE PUBLICATION OF FINAL RULE T.D. ATF - 87 EXPLOSURES--27 CFR PART 55 THE PERMIT HAS BEE CHANGED TO A TRI-ANNUAL RENEWAL INSTEAD OF ANNUAL RENEWAL. THE FORM REQUIRES THE BUSINESS TO ANSWER YEAR OR NO TO 10 SPECIFIC QUESTIONS FR WHICH ATF USES TO DETERMINE THE PERMITTEE'S ELIGIBILITY TO CONTINUE TO ENGAGE IN BUSINESS.
