Abstract: THIS SURVEY IS BEING CONDUCTED TO DETERMINE IF CENTRALIZED PAYMENT OF CONTRACTOR INVOICES IMPROVED THE TIMELINESS OF PAYMENT AND RESOLUTION OF PAYMENT PROBLEMS. DATA OBTAINED FROM THIS SURVEY WILL BE USED IN A STUDY TO DETERMINE IF PAYMENT OF CONTRACTOR INVOICES SHOULD REMAIN AT A CENTRALIZED LOCATION OR BE DECENTRALIZED TO THE RECEIVING FACILITY.
